These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the VeraCity Hub application and services (the “App”) provided by Veracity GLK Group. By accessing or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
The App is provided for authorized staff, salesmen, distributors and dealers of Veracity GLK Group. Accounts are created and assigned by Veracity GLK Group. You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to act on behalf of your business.
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials and OTP confidential and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
You agree to use the App only for legitimate business purposes and in compliance with applicable laws. You will not misuse the App, attempt to gain unauthorized access, interfere with its operation, or upload unlawful or infringing content.
Orders, invoices, payments, stock entries and other records created in the App are business records between Veracity GLK Group and its partners. Pricing, availability, credit limits, schemes and commissions are subject to the agreements and policies of Veracity GLK Group and may change.
The App, its content, trademarks (including “VeraCity”) and software are owned by or licensed to Veracity GLK Group and protected by law. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the App for your authorized business purposes only.
We aim to keep the App available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, and we may modify, suspend or discontinue features at any time.
The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Veracity GLK Group is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for loss of data or profits, arising from your use of the App.
We may suspend or terminate your access at any time, including when your relationship with Veracity GLK Group ends or these Terms are breached.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Jaipur, Rajasthan shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
